FORMS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WHEN REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED. IN THE EVENT YOUR FORMS ARE NOT COMPLETED PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, THEY MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR SERVICE BEGINS. FAILURE TO COMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT ALLOW US TO PROCEED FORWARD WITH YOUR SERVICE.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE TEXT OR EMAIL THAT IS SENT TO YOU BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND WE CAN NOT REACH YOU, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND FILLED WITH OUR WAITLIST.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH US, WE REQUEST 48 HOURS NOTICE. CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICES. A MISSED APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICES. THESE CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. 
IN THE EVENT YOU ARE SICK, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY.
IF YOU’RE UNABLE TO COMMIT TO APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE, WE RECOMMEND GETTING ON OUR WAIT LIST THROUGH THE “BOOKING” TAB. SHOULD ON OPENING IN OUR SCHEDULE OCCUR, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT AND EMAIL AND WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESERVE THAT TIME FOR YOURSELF.

CHILDREN

WE LOVE CHILDREN—SOME OF US EVEN HAVE A FEW OF OUR OWN! PLEASE ARRANGE FOR CHILD CARE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SALON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

LATE ARRIVALS

WE WANT YOU TO FULLY ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH US, SO PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SERVICE. TREATMENTS AT STUDIO KP ARE DESIGNED TO DELIVER THE MOST BENEFIT WITHIN THE TIME ALLOTTED. AS A COURTESY TO OUR OTHER GUESTS, WE’RE UNABLE TO EXTEND SERVICE TIMES OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS. WHILE WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE LATE ARRIVALS, IF YOU ARE MORE THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE, YOUR SERVICE MAY HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED AND OUR CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.

MINORS RECEIVING SERVICES

ALL CLIENTS OF STUDIO KP MUST BE OVER 18 TO RECEIVE SERVICES. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, WE ARE HAPPY TO SERVE YOU WITH A PARENT/GUARDIAN PRESENT.

NO REFUNDS

ONCE AGAIN, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SERVICES.

FOR YOUR SAFETY, COMFORT, AND SATISFACTION, STUDIO KP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT OUR DISCRETION WHEN NECESSARY. MORE THAN ANYTHING, WE WANT TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT OUR SALON AND LEAVE HAPPY WITH THE WORK WE DO. PLEASE TRUST THE JUDGEMENT OF OUR TRAINED PROFESSIONALS.

CHARGEBACKS

IN THE EVENT OF A CHARGEBACK, STUDIO KP HOLDS THE CLIENT LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH SAID CHARGEBACK.
