THE VISION

at studio kp, our purpose is to be the most renowned and distinctive salon in New Orleans. Through our unique approach, we aspire to be a catalyst for changing the perception of the beauty industry in the New Orleans area.

BENEFITS

  • Studio KP provides paid for monthly education with a variety of educators. We believe in education not only about your technical skills as a stylist, but business and marketing skills as well.

  • We have quarterly one on one sessions with each stylist where we go over your numbers, goals, and any other coaching you require. Our goal is to help you grow personally and professionally to be the best version of yourself.

  • We pride ourselves in our social media presence. Not only will you gain clients from our online booking, but you will receive free marketing through our salon social media pages.

  • At Studio KP, our only requirement is that you work 30 hours/week. How you choose to schedule that is up to you!

  • We provide a 10% commission on retail sales to be used towards education.

  • The harder you work, the more money you make!

  • Just starting out? No problem! We have an amazing mentor stylist who will train you and an in depth assisting program. This typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete.

  • At Studio KP, we keep you looking fabulous year-round! We host quarterly photoshoots, ensuring you always have fresh and professional content for your social media. It's our way of making sure you shine both in and out of the salon!
